PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The 2202 8th Avenue, Seattle Washington project is a new 40 floor (400 foot tall) residential tower consisting of approx. 435 units. The project also counts with: - 1 level of retail mixed-use and the balance of the tower as residential - 7 below grade parking levels (approx. 389 residential parking stalls) Additional project detail and definition is included in the information received, and subsequent information contained in this proposal.


SCOPE OF WORK

CGG scope of work consists of providing support in the development of the architectural drawing set for Shell and Core only. All interior spaces including unit plans are not included
