PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Block 21 is the fourth phase of the Rufus 2.0 master plan. The project includes a full alley vacation obtained through the Coty of Seattle entitlement process. It is comprised of one 24-story office tower, one8-story office tower, an aerial link at levels 3 & 4 and a shared subterranean parking structure and loading facility. Ground-level plazas and rooftop terraces are included. The combined office component proposes 853,906 sq feet of chargeable FAR and 23,165 sq feet of non-chargable Retail use. Parking is provided for 875 vehicles approximately and 9 loading berths.


SCOPE OF WORK

CorbisGlobal supported the Client in the Schematic Design (Revit Model only), Design Development and Construction Document stages of work with the production of Revit Version 2014 Model(s) and document extraction of 2D Architecture DD and CD drawings for the Amazon Block 21 project.
